I would advise you to copy the contents of this zip file to a folder called "cstrike". Open the steam directory in your computer, properties, and then go to "Local content". Check that the "local content" is ticked. If this doesn't work, then you can always do this in the apllications menu: Start then go into program files. Look for steam.exe and you should see steam directory and local content in there. However, you might need to tick on a box that says: "this computer" for it to work. Steam is in the folder steam. Then look for a file "SteamApps/dummyapp/relaunchsteam.reg" to make sure the key was saved. If you see this then you should be good to go. Remember to delete the file when you are done before you re-install the game.

While I appreciate that many update this mod with the latest PC requirements, I do not feel comfortable with that approach. I have to patch this mod to meet the new requirements. However, I know I've been tweaking the settings for this mod for at least five years. So I'm not asking anyone to play the game with my levels, I just wanted to put them out there. It is included in the zip file because you may never find this out and then you'll never know if you aren't allowed.
